כיון שאינו מזכיר בהנוגע לבריאות, תקותי שזהו סימן שהכל בסדר.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the sixth of Elul. ... Thank you very much for the reference regarding the Baal Shem Tov's saying. In general, we strive—especially in matters such as this—to rely only on those books cited in Chassidus, meaning those upon which our Rebbeim and leaders have placed their trust. Among these are Keter Shem Tov, the books of the Rav of Polna'ah, Me'or Einayim, etc.
Since you do not mention anything regarding your health, I hope this is a sign that all is well.
