וכמים הפנים לפנים וגו' ג"כ מלמעלה יומשך, בקו האהבה וחסד שאז ההמשכה בלי גבולים וצמצומים ועד למטה מטה בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
... And as we stand in the month of Elul, the month of mercy, whose combination is "uTzedakah tiheyeh lanu ki" (and charity will be for us as) (Devarim 6:25; Mishnat Chassidim Masechet Elul at its beginning), may it be His will that in serving Hashem the service should be as explained by the Or HaChaim HaKadosh on the aforementioned verse—service from love and with ultimate love, not for any ulterior motive. See also Kuntres HaAvodah chapter 5, that love which is not dependent on anything, which comes from the level of Yechidah, also affects action—as the verse concludes: to do. And as water reflects a face to a face (so too is the heart of man to man), so too from Above it will be drawn down in a manner of love and kindness—then the flow is without limits or constraints and reaches down to the lowest levels both materially and spiritually together.
Summary
This letter teaches that serving Hashem with pure, selfless love—especially in Elul—draws boundless Divine kindness into our lives both physically and spiritually.
