קומענדיג פון ראש חדש תמוז און געפינענדיג זיך געציילטע טעג פאר דעם חג הגאולה - באפרייאונגס יום טוב - פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא דורנו, י"ב-י"ג תמוז הבע"ל, וועט דאס זיכער צוגעבען אין דער ווארימקייט און איבערגעגעבענהייט צו דער ארבעט, און דאס וועט נאך מער צוגעבען אין דער הצלחה און אויך אין דעם אויבערשטנ'ס ברכות אין די פערזענליכע ענינים פון די חברות מיט זייערע משפחות - שליט"א.
און השם יתברך זאל העלפען עס זאל זיין, לויט דער אנווייזונג פון דער באוואוסטער תורה פון מורנו הבעל שם טוב ז"ל, אויף דעם פסוק: כי תראה חמור, - געמיינט, צוקוקען זיך צו די אייגענשאפטען פון דעם חמור, חומר - דעם גוף - און קומען צום באשלוס, אז - עזוב תעזוב עמו - דינען השם יתברך מיטן גוף און זיינע ענינים צוזאמען.
און ווי ערקלערט אויספירליך אין מערערע ערטער בתורת חסידות חב"ד, פון כ"ק רבנו הזקן ביז כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא דורנו, דארף דאס געטאן ווערען, בשמחה ובטוב לבב - מיט פרייד און גוטע שטימונג.

With the approach of the time when children's studies in schools are completed, and in connection with this comes a change in home atmosphere and conduct, I hope that the work program of Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad is being prepared in advance, adapted according to these aforementioned changes—both for those already involved and active in this work, as well as for the women and daughters of Israel who do not yet know about it or do not know enough.
It is clearly seen that work according to a previously prepared program has more success—both in scope and in depth of the activity.
As we approach Rosh Chodesh Tammuz and find ourselves just days before the Festival of Redemption—the liberation day—of our Rebbe, my father-in-law, zatzal nishmaso Eden nasi doreinu (our leader), Yud-Beis–Yud-Gimmel Tammuz (may it come upon us for good), this will surely add warmth and dedication to the work, which will further increase success and also bring additional blessings from Above in the personal matters of the members with their families—may they live long.
And may Hashem Yisbarach help that it should be according to the instruction from the well-known Torah teaching of our master the Baal Shem Tov z"l on the verse: Ki Tireh Chamor ("When you see a donkey")—meaning to look at the qualities of the chamor (donkey), chomer—the body—and come to the conclusion: Azov Ta'azov Imo ("You shall surely help along with him")—to serve Hashem Yisbarach with one's body and its matters together. As explained at length in many places in Chabad Chassidus from our Rebbeim—from Rabbeinu HaZaken through my father-in-law nasi doreinu—this must be done with simchah u'tuv leivav—with joy and a good hearted spirit.
