In response to your letters from the 2nd of Tammuz and earlier ones.

I hope that after all the difficulties you mention, things will finally be arranged—even though it seems that again this year matters will need to happen in a miraculous way. This is because Anash do not have time for such things (even though I have already urged them many times that ultimately it must be done in a natural manner).

Regarding what you wrote about specific instructions from here—at the very least some proposal must come from Eretz HaKodesh, since here we are not aware of several important details and other secondary matters of importance.

First and foremost—experience has shown that if something is done out of necessity, the result matches the nature of necessity. Although ideally there should be joint proposals resulting from discussion among them, if this is absolutely impossible, ask several activists to send their suggestions separately—and certainly you will do so as well, as you wrote—as soon as possible.

It is obvious that by "proposal" I mean not only regarding yourself and your own place of work but also concerning other matters of the network.
