ובבואנו זה עתה מר"ח ושבת ר"ח (הכולל מעלת יום השבת ויום החדש גם יחד - שענינם מבואר בד"ה והי' מדי חודש גו' שבת גו', שבלקו"ת פ' ברכה ואור התורה פ' בראשית) חדש הגאולה חדש תמוז.
יהי רצון שיבשר טוב אשר נגאלים כל הענינים הכללים והפרטים גם יחד מכל הבלבולים המניעות והעכובים.
ואשר מביא זה להתחדשות (ענין ר"ח) הכוחות מתחיל מכח התענוג (ענין שבת) ועד לכח העשי' ונמשך כ"ז בהעיקר הוא המעשה - פעולות בהפצת היהדות בכלל והפצת המעינות ביחוד ובפרט בקשר עם חג הגאולה יב-יג תמוז הבע"ל.
והרי הודיעונו באגה"ק של מורנו הבעש"ט ז"ל אשר עי"ז גם מקרבים את הגאולה האמיתית והשלימה בתוככי כללות ישראל על ידי משיח צדקנו.

I hereby acknowledge receipt... And as we have just come from Rosh Chodesh and Shabbos Rosh Chodesh (which includes the virtue of both Shabbos and Rosh Chodesh together—their concept is explained in the discourse "Vehayah MiDei Chodesh... Shabbos..." in Likkutei Torah Parshas Berachah and Or HaTorah Parshas Bereishis), the month of redemption—the month of Tammuz.
May it be G‑d's will that you receive good news—that all general and individual matters are redeemed together from all confusion, obstacles, and delays. This brings about renewal (the idea of Rosh Chodesh) of one's strengths, beginning with the power of delight (the idea of Shabbos) and extending to the power of action; all this continues with emphasis on action—activities in spreading Judaism in general and spreading the wellsprings in particular, especially connected with the festival of redemption Yud-Beis–Yud-Gimmel Tammuz that is approaching.
And it has been made known to us in Iggeres HaKodesh by our teacher the Baal Shem Tov z"l that through this we also bring closer the true and complete redemption within all Israel through Moshiach Tzidkeinu.
