און בא דער געלעגנהייט וועל איך נאך אמאל אונטערשטרייכען דעם נחת רוח וואס איך האב באקומען דורך האברך הנעלה באגאמילסקי שי' זיין הודעה, אז באם סדר של פסח זיינען בא אייך געווען מערערע מענשן, און פון פאר דעם, דעם איינארדנען דעם שטר מכירת חמץ, און אין דעם נוסח ווי מ'האט אייך געענטפערט אויף אייער פראגע ווי צו טאן דאס, ואשרי חלקו וואס איר האט דאס דורכגעפירט, סיי אין דעם קו פון סור מרע און סיי אין דעם קו פון ועשה טוב.
און אזוי ווי בימים ההם, דעם ערשטען פסח, איז דאס געווען די התחלה, דאס אפטרייסלען זיך פון מעשי ארץ מצרים, ווי באטאנט אין מיין מכתב הכללי לחג הפסח פון דעם יאר, און אזוי ווי אלע ימים טובים, ווערט דאך יעדער יאר אין זיין צייט, באנייט דער נתינת כח מלמעלה נאך אמאל און ווידער אמאל.
זאל דאס אויך זיין אזוי בא אייך, אז איר זאלט אנזאגען גוטע בשורות, אז מ'שטייגט אין דעם, ביז דעם קיום פון תורה ומצות, ווי השם יתברך האט דאס אנגעזאגט באם געבען די תורה.
וואס אין דעם איז איינגעשלאסען, אז דאס זאל זיין מתוך מנוחה שמחה וטוב לבב.

After a longer trip, your letter from Erev Shabbos Kodesh Emor and those following it have arrived. On this occasion I want to again emphasize the nachas ruach (pleasure) I received through the distinguished Avrech Bagamilsky's report that at your Passover Seder several people joined you, and before that you arranged the sale of chametz according to the wording you were advised in response to your question on how to do this. Fortunate is your portion for having carried this out both in the path of 'turn from evil' and 'do good.'
Just as in those days—the first Pesach—this was the beginning, shaking off the deeds of Egypt (as emphasized in my general letter for Pesach this year), so too with all festivals: every year at its time there is a renewed empowerment from Above again and again. May it be so for you as well—that you will share good news about progress in this area, up to fulfilling Torah and mitzvos as Hashem Yisbarach commanded at Matan Torah. Included in this is that it should be with tranquility, joy, and gladness of heart.
