In response to your letter from Gevurah Sheb'Gevurah and the one following it.
May it be G‑d's will that what was mentioned above should be as explained in Chassidus in many places regarding the higher forms of gevurah (strength), whose purpose is to increase blessing. This is as it is written: "Veyiten lecha haElokim mital..." (And may G‑d give you from the dew...), specifically from the name Elokim (which represents gevurah), and similar to the phrase "Gevuros Geshamim" (the might of rain).
With blessings for good news, especially as we approach the week of Sefiras HaTiferes (the counting of Tiferes), which—although it includes both chesed and gevurah—has the right side (chesed) prevailing; moreover, it even rises higher than the right side itself.
And with blessings for success in spreading Judaism.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that true strength serves to channel greater blessing and that as we approach the week of Tiferes—where kindness prevails—we should focus on positive action and success in spreading Judaism.
