As explained by our Rebbeim, this is the concept of spreading Ner Mitzvah Torah Or (the candle of mitzvah is Torah light), and the luminary within Torah is Toras HaChassidus and its teachings and guidance.
May it be G‑d's will that you carry this out with joy and gladness of heart, and therefore with the necessary energy, and may you succeed—especially since the merit of the many assists you.
