לכל המשתתפים בהתועדות חג הגאולה שליט"א. בשנת המאתים להסתלקות
הבעש"ט ביום הילולא רבא דהמגיד בשעות דגאולת רבנו הזקן, מהתועדות החג אשר פדה בשלום נפשנו, יהי רצון שיצא הכרוז קול גדול ולא פסק ויפעול פעולתו להפיץ המעינות ובאופן דמוסיף ואור ועד לחוצה במעשה בפועל בחיי היום יום וייתי הוי' אחד את מלכא משיחא רועה אחד ויתקבצו ויעשו לגוי אחד בארץ מנהר מצרים עד הנהר הגדול.

Here is copied the text of the telegram which the Rebbe Shlita agreed to send to the participants of the upcoming Yud Tes Kislev farbrengen in Kfar Chabad:
To all participants in the Yud Tes Kislev farbrengen, Shlita. In the two hundredth year since the passing of the Baal Shem Tov, on the yahrzeit of the Maggid, during the hours of our Rebbe's redemption—may it be G‑d's will that a great and unceasing proclamation go forth and accomplish its purpose: to spread the wellsprings ever outward, increasing light until it reaches even further, through practical action in daily life. And may Hashem bring together one shepherd and one king—the King Moshiach—and gather everyone as one nation in the land from the river of Egypt to the great river. L'chaim l'chaim u'livrachah, Menachem Schneersohn.
The telegram was surely received on time, and certainly you will inform us here about everything that took place; and whoever increases—in detailed reports—is praiseworthy.
