In response to your letter from Erev Shabbat regarding expanding the lul industry: In general, it is a positive thing to expand the farm overall, and there is no reason to be afraid if you temporarily need to borrow money. However, whether this should be in the area of lul or another area should be discussed with those who can assess the prospects for livelihood in this field or another possible area of farming.
Regarding your question about whether you will generally earn more: There is already an answer to this—that for charity one gives a tenth (ma'aser), and ideally a fifth (chomesh), and according to Igeret HaTeshuvah and the dedication of Rabbeinu HaZaken it is even more. It is thus clear that when the institutions need additional support—and their needs are always increasing—charity must also increase accordingly, and therefore so must income.
Additionally, our community members should also have material abundance; this will bring about spiritual abundance as well—this is self-evident.
The merit of your work in Kfar Chabad, for Kfar Chabad—where "there Hashem commanded the blessing"—and also in Tzeirei Agudas Chabad should stand by you to hear good news in all the above.
