Shalom u'Vrachah!

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 28th of Tishrei with its enclosures. It is understandable to wonder and be amazed that you feel discouraged, etc., at a time when Divine Providence has granted you the merit and success to work in sacred service—matters of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad and, at its core, spreading the wellsprings outward.

It is well known what our Torah rules: "Whoever accepts upon himself..." May it be G‑d's will that very soon you will share good news—good that is visible and revealed—in all matters about which you write.

We now find ourselves just after the seventh month (Tishrei), and as its name implies—all the days of this month are included in this. Our Sages taught that it is "sated with all good," and it is the general month—its matters extend over the entire year. All that is needed is Torah and mitzvos, which are the channel and vessels for drawing down and receiving blessings and influence from Hashem. And this suffices.
