ובמ"ש אודות סדר זמנים שלו, מובן שצריך תקון מעיקרא, כוונתי פשוטה, שיתחיל להרבות בלימוד התורה בפועל, ומובטחים רז"ל על דבריהם ופס"ד, שהמקיים את התורה מעוני (בזמן) סופה לקיימה מעושר (בזמן). והרי מובן זה ג"כ מדברי רז"ל במשנתם, שכל המקבל עליו עול תורה מעבירין ממנו עול מלכות ועול דרך ארץ, שהודגש בזה הענין דעול תורה דוקא, ולא כשיש הרבה זמן והרבה חשק וכו' והאריכות בזה אך למותר.
תקותי ששומר על שלשת השיעורים דחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים וכן שומר הקביעות בלימוד תורת החסידות שמזכיר נוסף על הלימוד ביום הש"ק, ובפרט ע"פ המבואר בכתבי האריז"ל שאז בש"ק ההכרח בלימוד פנימיות התורה (שבדורנו נתגלתה בתורת החסידות).
ולהודעתו ממצב זוגתו תחי', השי"ת ימלא ימי הריונה כשורה ובנקל ותלד זחו"ק בעתה ובזמנה כשורה ובקל.

After the longest break, I received your letter from the 28th of Elul (which apparently went by regular mail).
Regarding what you wrote about your schedule, it is clear that a fundamental correction is needed. My simple intention is that you should begin to increase your actual Torah study. Our sages are assured in their words and ruling that one who fulfills the Torah in poverty (of time) will ultimately fulfill it in wealth (of time). This is also understood from our sages' statement in their Mishnah: "Whoever accepts upon himself the yoke of Torah, they remove from him the yoke of government and the yoke of worldly concerns," emphasizing specifically the matter of the yoke of Torah—not just when there is much time and desire, etc. To elaborate further would be unnecessary.
I hope you are maintaining the three well-known daily study portions—Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya—as well as keeping a set schedule for studying Chassidus as you mentioned, in addition to learning on Shabbat. This is especially important according to what is explained in the writings of the Arizal that on Shabbat it is essential to study the inner dimension of Torah (which in our generation has been revealed through Chassidus).
Regarding your update about your wife—may Hashem fill her days of pregnancy properly and easily, and may she give birth to a healthy child at its proper time with ease.

P.S. I hope—even though you did not mention it—that your wife uses her talents to spread traditional Judaism and its matters, especially in education where she has been granted a special talent by Divine Providence as she has seen herself in practice in the past.
