בעתו קבלתי מכתב כת"ר בהוספה על המברק ע"ד החזית שבין אגו"י ופאג"י, ות"ח על שימת לבבו, ומפני קדושת המועד נתעכב האישור עד עתה, ואתו רב סליחה.
ויהי רצון שכל אחד ואחד מאתנו, בתוך כלל ישראל, ימלא תפקידו מתוך מנוחת נפש ושמחת לבב להרמת קרן ישראל סבא והפצת היהדות בתוככי חוגים ההולכים ומתרחבים, עד שכל אחד ואחת מבני ישראל יהיו חדורים ברוח התורה וקיום המצוות בפועל בחיים היום-יומיים, ובזה כמובן וגם פשוט - אור ומאור פנימיות התורה שנתגלתה על ידי הבעש"ט תלמידיו ותלמידי תלמידיו, עד שיפוצו מעינותיו חוצה ויקויים היעוד שניתן להבעש"ט בעלית נשמתו, אז קאתי מר מלכא משיחא, בגאולה האמיתית והשלימה.

I received your honored letter in due time, in addition to the telegram regarding the front between Agudat Yisrael and Poalei Agudat Yisrael. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Due to the sanctity of the festival, my confirmation was delayed until now; please accept my sincere apologies.
May it be G‑d's will that each one of us, among all of Israel, fulfills his role with tranquility of soul and joy of heart—to uplift the pride of Israel Saba and spread Judaism within ever-widening circles—until every single Jew is permeated with the spirit of Torah and actual observance of mitzvot in daily life. In this way—obviously and simply—the light and radiance of the inner dimension of Torah revealed by the Baal Shem Tov, his students, and their students will shine forth until "yafutzu mayanotecha chutza" (your wellsprings will spread outward) is fulfilled, and so too will be fulfilled the promise given to the Baal Shem Tov at his soul's ascent: "Az ka'ati mar malka meshicha" (then the Master, King Moshiach will come), with the true and complete redemption.

Regarding the elections: as with the previous elections in 5715, I sent my opinion and instructions by telegram to the leadership of Agudas Chassidei Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh; surely they have already publicized them.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that even amid communal disputes or challenges, our mission is to fulfill our unique roles joyfully and spread Torah's light ever outward—preparing ourselves and all Israel for redemption through daily mitzvah observance inspired by inner Torah teachings.
