לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מג' תשרי והזכרתיו היום על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע לחתימה וגמר חתימה טובה בטוב הנראה והנגלה, ומובן אשר טוב האמיתי הוא המתאים להוראות תורתנו עלי' נאמר כי לקח טוב נתתי לכם, היא התורה הנתנה לנו מבורא עולם ומנהיגו שהוא עצם הטוב, ובפרט אשר השגחה העליונה חוננה אותו בכח השפעה על הזולת, שלכן כל הוספה בו, נכפלת כמה פעמים במושפעיו, שמזה מובן שהבטחת חז"ל כל המוסיף מוסיפין לו ה"ה בתוקף ביותר בהנוגע אליו, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון, אלא שצ"ל השתדלות עד כדי ליגיעה וכהודעת חז"ל, יגעת ומצאת דוקא.
כותב, שמשמש כעת כמורה בכמה ישובים בנגב, אבל חסר כל ביאור בזה, באיזה מסגרת ואיזה לימודים וכו', אף שתקותי חזקה שמנצל כל הזדמנות ואפשריות להפצת היהדות האמיתית המסורתית לא רק בדברו אלא גם במעשה, שהרי המעשה הוא העיקר, ובטח ימלא ע"ד זה בהזדמנות הבאה וכן אודות עסקנות חבריו שי' בכגון דא, שכפי שידוע לי היתה חבורה בחורים וגם בחורות שמטרתן צ"ל הפצת היהדות.
תקותי חזקה שיש לו קביעות עתים לעצמו בלימוד התורה בנגלה וחסידות ומהדר בקיום המצות, וכנ"ל שחשוב הוא ביותר בהנוגע אליו, ויהי רצון שגם בזה יבשר טוב, וכן אשר שומר שלשת השיעורים דחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים.

After the longest break, your letter from the 3rd of Tishrei was received and today I mentioned you at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, for a good inscription and sealing in revealed and apparent good. Of course, true good is that which aligns with the teachings of our Torah about which it is said: Ki Lekach Tov Natati Lachem ("For I have given you a good teaching"), meaning the Torah given to us by the Creator and Ruler of the world Who is the essence of good. Especially since Divine Providence has granted you influence over others, every increase in your own growth is multiplied many times over through those you affect. From this it is understood that our Sages' assurance—Kol HaMosif Mosifin Lo ("Whoever adds [in holiness], they add to him")—applies with even greater force to you. Nothing stands in the way of willpower; however, there must be effort up to exertion as our Sages teach: Yagata U'Matzata Davka ("You have labored and found [success], specifically").
You write that you are currently serving as a teacher in several settlements in the Negev but give no details about the framework or subjects taught, etc., though I strongly hope you utilize every opportunity to spread authentic traditional Judaism not only through speech but also action—for action is primary. Surely you will report on this next time as well as about your friends' activities in such matters. As I know, there was a group of young men and women whose goal should be spreading Judaism.
I strongly hope that you have fixed times for your own Torah study—both revealed Torah and Chassidus—and are meticulous in mitzvah observance; as above, this is especially important regarding yourself. May it be G‑d's will that you bring good news also in this area, as well as regarding keeping the three daily study portions of Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya.
