Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter from the 28th of Elul, where you write main points about what you have experienced and that you pray in the Chabad nusach and the difficulties this has caused. I have already answered this regarding your friend's letter, which she will surely show you. I will emphasize here only the point I mentioned in that letter as well, since it is most essential: The paths we are commanded to follow in our Torah of life are ways of pleasantness and peace. Everyone must distance themselves completely from matters of dispute, G‑d forbid. On the contrary, if one truly wishes to spread awareness of the Chabad approach, the best way is to be a living example in conduct—both between man and G‑d and between man and fellow—so that all who see them will praise them and say how elevated this approach is when its followers behave so.

Regarding what you wrote in your letter—that since you pray Nusach Chabad, sometimes you need to stand while the rest of the class is sitting—this is not understood. The difference between Nusach Chabad and other nusachim is in the text of prayer, not in standing or sitting. Surely you can coordinate saying Shemoneh Esreh or similar prayers at the same time as the rest of your class prays Shemoneh Esreh. It is clear that it is unpleasant for them to separate themselves out; this also disrupts order and discipline. Therefore, one should strive to align times as mentioned.

May it be Hashem's will that you and your friends conduct yourselves within the entire class as fitting for daughters of Israel—each called a daughter of Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah—and succeed in all your endeavors.

With blessings for inscription and sealing for good,

In the name of the Rebbe shlita,
Secretary

Summary
