בשים לב לאחריות המוטלת על כל אחד ואחד להיות לעזר לבני ובנות ישראל, הן בגשם והן ברוח, כל אחד לפי מעמדו ומצבו, ואשרי משכיל אל דל לתת לו עזר על טהרת הקדש, הרי עובדא משמחת היא שיש עסקנים פעילים הדואגים לצרכי ילדי ישראל שאינם מסתגלים במוסדות החנוך הרגילים.
בטחוני חזק שכת"ר ואתו עמו חבריו ושותפיו בעבודת הקדש, יעשו כל המאמצים המתאימים למלא האחריות המוטלת עליהם לחנך את הילדים שתחת רשותם והשפעתם ברוח התורה והמצוה על טהרת הקדש, והשי"ת יצליחם בעבודתם האחראית הזאת, אשר על ידי כך יזכו ג"כ לברכת השי"ת בעניניהם הפרטיים מנפש ועד בשר.
בברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה.

Considering the responsibility placed upon each individual to assist the sons and daughters of Israel, both materially and spiritually, each according to his position and situation—and fortunate is he who considers the needy to give them help in purity of holiness—it is a joyful matter that there are active community workers who care for the needs of Jewish children who do not adapt to regular educational institutions.
I have strong confidence that your honor, together with your colleagues and partners in this holy work, will make every appropriate effort to fulfill the responsibility placed upon you to educate the children under your authority and influence in the spirit of Torah and mitzvah with purity of holiness. May Hashem grant you success in this important work, through which you will also merit G‑d's blessing in your personal matters, from soul to body.

Summary
