ומוסגר פה מכתבי להמשתתפים בההתועדות דיום ההילולא. ואל בינתו אשען באיזה אופן למסור להם, והעיקר לנצל זה לתוספת הסברה באלו הדברים שנזכרו בהמכתב ברמז, ובעיקר בהנוגע להפצת המעינות ב... ובמילוי שליחותם הק' בכלל באופן הכי טוב. והשי"ת יעזור שכל זה יעשה מתוך הרחבת הדעת ובשמחה ובטוב לבב.

Enclosed here is my letter to be given to the participants in the gathering on the day of the hilulah. I rely on your understanding as to how best to deliver it to them, and most importantly, to use this as an opportunity to further explain those matters hinted at in the letter—especially regarding spreading the wellsprings in [your area] and fulfilling their holy mission in general in the best possible way. May Hashem help that all this be done with broad-mindedness, joy, and gladness of heart.
