To the administration of the institution Chinuch Al Taharas HaKodesh "Oholei Torah" in Brooklyn, NY, led by Haraha"ch iy"a nu"n etc. Michael. May Hashem be upon them and grant them life. Shalom u'Vrachah!

It was with pleasure that I learned of the completion of the building's purchase, and that today it has passed into your possession. May it be G‑d's will that this happen at an auspicious and successful time, with success in all matters of the institution, and primarily to educate the students in accordance with the will and intent of our Rebbeim Nesi'einu zatzal.

May it be G‑d's will that it continue to increase both quantitatively and qualitatively until it is in a manner of "ufaratzta yamah vakeidmah vtzafonah vanegbah ad nachalah bli metzarim" (you shall spread out westward, eastward, northward and southward until an inheritance without boundaries), as it is written: "the mouth of Hashem has spoken."

And since these are the days of the month of Elul—the month of mercy—they are auspicious for all that was mentioned above, especially on the bright day before and after Chai Elul (the eighteenth of Elul), the birthday of both luminaries: the Baal Shem Tov and our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe, who gave their lives for educating Jewish children as is well known.

The very notification about this is certainly both a directive and an empowerment for all those who follow in their footsteps—those who do so now or at least will do so from now on—that they should succeed in this holy work: education on taharas hakodesh according to our Torah Temimah—both nigleh (revealed Torah) and Chassidus together—to raise students who are "zera berech Hashem," about whom it can truly be said: "See what kind of growth we have produced."

The greatness of reward for anyone involved in this is understood from what my father-in-law, the Rebbe, said in the name of the Baal Shem Tov: that G‑d's love for every Jew exceeds even that of elderly parents for their only child born to them in their old age. Therefore one can understand how much pleasure is brought to G‑d through their proper education according to His will.

With blessings for good news regarding all that was mentioned above, concluding with blessings for success and a good inscription and sealing for each individual and their families sheyichyu among all Israel for a good year materially and spiritually.
