שלום וברכה!
ויהי רצון שילך הלוך והוסיף הן בכמות והן באיכות, עד שיהי' באופן דופרצת ימה וקדמה וצפונה ונגבה עד לנחלה בלי מצרים, שהרי כלשון הכתוב, פי ה' דבר.
והרי ימי חדש אלול, הוא חדש הרחמים, מסוגלים הם לכל האמור, וביחוד יום הבהיר צ ושלפניו ושלאחריו צ ח"י אלול, יום הולדת שני המאורות, הבעש"ט ורבנו הזקן, אשר מסרו נפשם על חינוך ילדי בני ישראל כידוע.
שהרי ההודעה עד"ז צ ודאי שהוראה היא וגם נתינת כח, לכל אלו ההולכים בעקבותיהם, ההולכים בהווה או עכ"פ ילכו מכאן ולהבא, שיצליחו בעבודה קדושה האמורה, חינוך על טהרת הקדש ע"פ תורתנו תורה תמימה, תורת הנגלה ותורת החסידות גם יחד, להקים תלמידים זרע ברך ה' אשר בצדק יאמר עליהם, ראו גידולים שגדלנו.
וגודל השכר של כל המתעסק בזה, הרי מובן מדברי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"Rר בשם הבעש"ט, אשר אהבת הקב"ה לכל אחד ואחת מבני ישראל, גדולה עוד יותר גם מאהבת הורים זקנים לבנם יחידם הנולד להם לעת זקנותם, ובמילא מובנת הנחת רוח הנגרמת להקב"ה ע"י חינוכם הטוב כרצונו ית'.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור, וחותם בברכת הצלחה וכתיבה וחתימה טובה לכאו"א וב"ב שליט"א בגו"ר,

Shalom u'Vrachah!
May it be G‑d's will that you continue to progress and increase both in quantity and quality, until it is in the manner of Ufaratzta yamah vakeidmah vatzafonah vanegbah ad lenachalah bli metzarim ("You shall spread out westward, eastward, northward and southward until an inheritance without boundaries"), for as the verse says: "The mouth of the L‑rd has spoken."
The days of the month of Elul are days of mercy and are suited for all that was mentioned above, especially the bright day of Chai Elul—both before and after it—the birthday of the two great luminaries, the Baal Shem Tov and our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe, who both gave their lives for the education of Jewish children as is well known.
The very notification about this is certainly a directive as well as an empowerment for all those who follow in their footsteps—whether currently or at least from now on—that they should succeed in this holy work: education on the purity of holiness according to our Torah, a complete Torah; both Nigleh (revealed) Torah and Chassidus together; to raise students who are a blessed seed of Hashem about whom it can rightly be said: "See what we have raised."
The great reward for anyone involved in this is understood from what my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, said in the name of the Baal Shem Tov: that G‑d's love for every single Jew is even greater than that of elderly parents for their only child born to them in their old age. Therefore, it is clear how much nachas ruach (pleasure) is brought to Hashem through their proper education according to His will.
Blessings for good news in all mentioned above. I conclude with blessings for success and a good inscription and sealing in the Book of Life for each one and his family—may they live—for good and sweetness.
