Shalom u'Vrachah!

It is already known in Kabbalistic works and also brought in Chassidic teachings (see Kohelet Yaakov entry Remez; Sichat Chag HaShavuot 5693 to my father-in-law the Rebbe) that the four worlds A'B'I'A correspond to the four parts of Torah: Pardes. Some say that Remez corresponds to the world of Yetzirah, while others say it corresponds to Beriah. Each view has its own reasoning: Beriah is the beginning of created worlds and thus contains a greater abundance of light; Yetzirah already has form that can be grasped by a created being, allowing for more complete unity with understanding and bringing it closer to practical application—unlike Beriah.

As alluded to (see Likkutei Torah Shir HaShirim 42d) in the verse adapted by Anshei Knesset HaGedolah: Yotzer Or u'Vorei Choshech (Who forms light and creates darkness).

May it be G‑d's will that Your Honor merit, among all those who specialize in Remez, that through their hints they can unite both advantages together—and most importantly, practically increase in Et HaElokim Yera v'Et Mitzvotav Shemor Ki Zeh Kol HaAdam (Fear G‑d and keep His commandments for this is all of man).

For added interest I have included at the end of this letter some references and sources on topics touched upon in the aforementioned booklet.

May it be G‑d's will that for many more years you increase soldiers for Torah and its mitzvot—and may this be with proper health and true expansiveness of mind.

With honor and blessing for all good in both material and spiritual matters.
