Shalom u'Vrachah!

It is understood that you are both permitted and have the merit to convey the aforementioned matters also to the mara d'asra (community rabbi), since these words are also directed at him. In fact, as explained in many places, the responsibility of the mara d'asra is even greater than that of the shochet, although the latter's responsibility is also significant—as explained by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe: "A shochet is not a Skatobayetz," etc.

And since we are now entering anew into the month of redemption—Tammuz—the month of our Rebbe's redemption, our leader and head of Israel, and as the body follows the head, may it be G‑d's will that each one of us be redeemed immediately from all confusing matters—both material and spiritual—and experience a revealed victory over them, just as in those days at this time. May we be able to serve Hashem with joy and gladness of heart, focusing especially on spreading the wellsprings (until they reach) outward.
