מאשרים קבלת מכתבו מכ"ט סיון והקודמיו.
וכבר כתבתי בכגון דא, שהעדר אישור מכתבים, ברוב המכריע וכמעט תמיד, מפני ריבוי הטרדות, ולכן עונים על המכתבים הדרושים למענה בכדי להשמר מטעות וכיו"ב שזה בא בראש, משא"כ אישור מכתבים נדחה מפעם לפעם ובפרט בעסקנות מסוימה (הנהלת צעירי אגו"ח, נשי חב"ד וכיו"ב) שמתאשרים הפעולות בהמכתבים ע"ש הנהלת המסגרת.
נעם לי לקרות במכתבו אשר עושים הכנות הדרושות לחג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז, ויהי רצון שתהי' זה התחלה טובה לעשיית תכנית מפורטת בעוד מועד, ובמילא יבטלו כמה ענינים בלתי רצוים שהיו עד עתה ע"י החפזון וכו'.
והרי כבר הובטחנו, שאף כימי צאתך מארץ מצרים אראנו נפלאות, בכ"ז מחולקים הם, שאז הי' הענין דחפזון ובכל הדרגות דשכינה ישראל ומצרים, משא"כ הגאולה דלע"ל, ומזה מובן ג"כ בההכנה לזה אשר לא בחפזון תצאו, ומבוארים הענינים בהמשך וככה הגדול ועוד.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור מתוך הצלחה בעבודה הקדושה ובהנקודה התיכונה הפצת המעינות חוצה.

We acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 29th of Sivan and those before it. As I have already written in such cases, the lack of confirmation for letters, in the overwhelming majority and almost always, is due to the abundance of preoccupations. Therefore, responses are given to letters that require an answer in order to avoid mistakes and similar issues that come first to mind; whereas confirming receipt of letters is postponed from time to time—especially in certain communal activities (the administration of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad, Nshei Chabad, etc.), where actions are confirmed by letters addressed to the administration framework.
It pleased me to read in your letter that you are making the necessary preparations for the Festival of Redemption—Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz. May it be G‑d's will that this be a good beginning for making a detailed plan ahead of time; thereby several undesirable matters that have occurred until now due to haste will be avoided.
And we have already been assured: "Af kimei tzeischa me'eretz Mitzrayim arenu niflaos" (Just as in the days when you left Egypt I will show you wonders); nevertheless, they are different: then there was haste at all levels—Shechinah, Israel, and Egypt—whereas the future redemption will not be with haste. From this we also understand regarding preparation for it: "Lo b'chipozon tetze'u" (You shall not go out in haste), and these matters are explained at length in Hemshech VeKacha HaGadol and more.
With blessings for good news in all the above, with success in holy work and especially in spreading the wellsprings outward.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that careful preparation prevents mistakes caused by haste. Even when busy with many responsibilities, one should prioritize meaningful action and thorough planning—especially when preparing for significant events like Yud-Beis–Yud-Gimmel Tammuz.
