לפלא שזה זמן רב ביותר שלא נתקבל מהם כל ידיעות מפעולותיהם בקדש, באלו הפעולות שכבר החזיקו בהם, והרי גם אין זה מספיק, כיון שנצטוינו להעלות בקדש, ולפלא שמן הצד הגיעוני ידיעות ע"ד חילוקי דיעות בהנוגע לתכנית עבודת צעירי אגודת חב"ד, והפלא מובן שהרי צעירי אגו"ח עובדים זה כמה זמן בכמה מדינות הן באה"ק ת"ו והן בחו"ל וכמה מכתבים נכתבו בקשר עם זה, מה מטרת עבודתם, והלואי שימלאו תפקידם מתאים לתכנית זו, ואז יעמידו על סדר היום, האם יש להוסיף בסעיפים אלו, וע"פ המבואר בחסידות בארוכה בהענין דימים יוצרו ולא אחד בהם, הימים שנקצבו לאיש הישראלי, מספר הימים הדרושים לו למלאות שליחות בעולם מתאים לדבר משנה מספר ימים ככל הדרוש, לא פחות, אבל גם לא יותר, וה"ה בנוגע להמרץ, שמזה מובן שכשנוטלים מקצת ימים אלו ומרץ, ונותנים לענינים שאינם שייכים להם, הרי מוכרח שיחסר במילוי תפקידם שלהם, ועד כמה גדול היזק הדבר, מובן ג"כ מעבודת הקדש במקדש שהם העבודות הכי קדושות, ופסקה תוה"ק תורת חיים, שמשורר ששוער חייב מיתה ר"ל, וק"ל.
ויהי רצון שיוסיפו מרץ ככל הדרוש וגם מוכרח בכל סעיפים הקבועים דעבודת צעירי אגודת חב"ד, שבאם היו עושים כזה במשך חדשים שעברו, צורה אחרת לגמרי היתה לצעירי אגו"ח, ועבודתם, וגם צורת היהדות באוסטרליא בכלל, ולכשיעשו עכ"פ עתה בזה, מובטחים הם מרבותינו נשיאנו, נשיאי ישראל, שתהי' ההצלחה בריבוי.
וכיון שמתקרבים אנו לימי חג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז, גאולה למעלה מדרך הטבע לגמרי, הנה יבשרו טוב בכל האמור, שחל שינוי מן הקצה אל הקצה, ולו יהי' למעלה מדרך הטבע ובלבד שיבוא לפועל.

It is surprising that for a very long time I have not received any reports from you about your activities in holiness—neither regarding the initiatives you have already undertaken. Moreover, this is not sufficient, since we are commanded to always ascend in holiness. It is also surprising that I have heard from others about disagreements concerning the work plan of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad. This is especially puzzling since Tzeirei Aguch has been active for quite some time in several countries—both in Eretz HaKodesh and abroad—and many letters have been written regarding this: what is the purpose of their work? If only they would fulfill their role according to this plan! Then they would regularly review whether to add new areas.
As explained at length in Chassidus on the concept of "Yamim Yutzaru V'lo Echad Bahem" (the days were formed but not one among them), every Jew is allotted a specific number of days necessary to fulfill his mission in this world—no fewer, but also no more. The same applies to energy: it is clear that if some of these days or energy are devoted to matters unrelated to one's mission, there must be a deficiency in fulfilling one's own task. The seriousness of this can be understood from the holy service in the Beis HaMikdash—the holiest tasks—where Torah rules that a singer who acts as a gatekeeper is liable for death (G‑d forbid). And this is easily understood.
May it be G‑d's will that you increase your energy as much as necessary—and indeed as required—in all established areas of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad's work. Had you done so over past months, Tzeirei Aguch and its activities—and even Judaism's image in Australia generally—would look entirely different. Even now, if you begin at least from this point forward, our Rebbeim—the leaders of Israel—say you will surely see abundant success.
And since we are approaching the days of the Festival of Redemption—12th and 13th of Tammuz—a redemption completely beyond nature, may you share good news about all these matters: that there has been a complete turnaround—even if it is beyond nature—as long as it comes into actual deed.
I await good news regarding all the above.
