We acknowledge receipt of your letters from the 11th, 17th, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th of Sivan with their enclosures as well as the building plans.

Regarding your main question: as already stated in my previous letter, it is customary that the initial plan at the start of a fundraising campaign does not always obligate what will actually be carried out later; the actual implementation depends on the real results of the fundraising. Therefore, the plan should initially be made in a way that seems most appropriate at the start of fundraising, and practical execution should follow according to the campaign's outcome.

Of the plans now received, I prefer the one where the buildings are arranged in a "Beis" (L-shaped) form rather than all three buildings in a single row. However, it is understood that even here one must consider what is customary in Eretz HaKodesh (the Holy Land) and its impression on the public.

Regarding what you wrote about the nature of the exterior walls — I have already written in my previous letter that it is surprising to see such distraction over details like these being discussed so close to completion of construction.
