במענה למכתבם מט"ו סיון עם המוסגר בו והפ"נ שיקרא בעת רצון על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
בו כותב אודות מצב בריאות מרת ו תחי', והנה כפי הנשמע כאן מהרופאים המומחים במקצוע דעניני נשים הם פרופ. אשרמן וזונדק שי' ולפלא שבכל מכתביהם לא הזכירו אם שאלו את הנ"ל. כן זכורני שהי' משך זמן שריפוי פצעים היו מנסים להחישו ע"י הנחה במקום הפצעים תחבושת מדברים המכילים וויטמינים ידועים הממהרים גידול הבשר והעור וכו', אפשר שבשנים האחרונים אין משתמשים בזה, אבל בכל אופן כדאי לשאול עד"ז.
במ"ש שמתאים להוראת הרופא נאלץ הבעל להשתמש בקונדס וכו' כיון שאין על האשה לעשות מה בדבר זה. צ גם זה לפלא, שאינם מזכירים אם שאלו דעת רב מורה הוראה בישראל בזה, ועוד שבאם יכיר הרב בכללות הדבר, הרי מהתרופות הנעשים ע"י האשה, הוא לא רק השתמשות בחמרים כמיים, שאפשר בכגון דא אין יכולת להשתמש בהם, כי אם גם הענין דמוך, כיסוי מתאים במקום המתאים וכו' שלכאורה גם בנדון שלהם אפשרי להשתמש בזה כנ"ל באם יהי' היתר של הרב בכללות הענין.
מצורף למכתבם כתבת של אחדים מהקרובים שלהם ובזה גם כתבת בארצוה"ב, ואינם מפרטים אם ברצונם שיפנו לאיש זה בבקשת עזר בשבילם, ואם כן הוא מובן שעליהם לפרט יותר תוכן בקשתם בזה וכו'.

In response to your letter from the 15th of Sivan with its enclosures and the pidyon nefesh to be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory. You write about Mrs. V.'s health condition. As is heard here from expert doctors in the field of women's health—Professors Asherman and Zondek—and it is surprising that in all your letters you did not mention whether you consulted them.
I also recall that there was a period when wound healing was attempted to be accelerated by applying dressings containing known vitamins that hasten the growth of flesh and skin, etc. Perhaps in recent years this is no longer used, but in any case it is worthwhile to inquire about this.
Regarding what you wrote that according to the doctor's instruction the husband must use a condom etc., since there is nothing for the woman to do about this matter—this too is surprising; you do not mention whether you asked a rabbi who is an authority in halachah in Israel about this. Furthermore, if the rabbi understands the general situation, then among the remedies performed by the woman there are not only liquid substances—which perhaps cannot be used in such cases—but also matters like a moach (a suitable covering placed appropriately), which seemingly could be used in your case as well if there is rabbinic permission for this overall matter.
Enclosed with your letter was a note from some of your relatives, including one from someone in the United States. You do not specify whether you wish for me to contact this person on your behalf for assistance; if so, it is understood that you should clarify more about your request.
