לאחרי הפסק ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מט"ו סיון, ויהי רצון שמזמן לזמן יתמעטו ההעלמות וההסתרים לא רק המדומים אלא אפילו אותם שיש להם אחיזה וקישור במציאות, ומתוך שמחה וטוב לבב ירבה חילים בתורה (הנגלה והחסידות) בהנוגע לעצמו ובהנוגע לזולתו שהרי אמר ר"ע (אשר כולהו אליבא דר"ע) ואהבת לרעך כמוך כלל גדול בתורה ולקיום מצות בהידור ובענין חוט השדרה דכל המצות, ז.א. עבודת התפלה (עיין לקו"ת בלק ע, ד) לכל לראש, וכמבואר הענין בקונטרס התפלה ובכ"מ, וידוע פתגם רבותינו נשיאנו (והרי פתגמיהם של צדיקים ה"ז הוראה לרבים): פאר אמת ווערט מען בטל.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
After a long pause, your letter from the 15th of Sivan was received. May it be Hashem's will that with time, concealments and obscurations diminish—not only those that are imagined but even those that have some basis in reality. With joy and gladness of heart, may you increase strength in Torah (both Nigleh and Chassidus) for yourself and for others. As Rabbi Akiva said (and all follow Rabbi Akiva): 'Love your fellow as yourself' is a great principle in the Torah. This should be expressed in fulfilling mitzvos with beauty and especially regarding the 'spinal cord' of all mitzvos—that is, the service of prayer (see Likkutei Torah Balak p. 68d) above all else, as explained in Kuntres HaTefillah and elsewhere. It is well known the saying of our Rebbeim (and indeed the sayings of tzaddikim are a directive for many): 'True beauty brings about self-nullification.'
