מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבם מג' סיון עם המצורף אליו, בו כותבים אודות התפתחות הענין דמחנה גן ישראל, ובודאי ימשיכו ההשתדלות בזה במרץ הדרוש מתאים לגודל הדבר והבטיחו רז"ל יגעת ומצאת ובפרט בענין כהאמור שהנקודה שבו להכניס ילדי בני ישראל שעל כאו"א מהם נאמר בנים אתם לה' אלקיכם, באוירה של חיים ברוח תורתנו תורת חיים, במשך כו"כ שבועות, אשר ודאי שהשפעתה תהי' ניכרת בחדשים ושנים הבאים לאחרי זה, והרי עניני טוב וקדושה עושים פירות ופירי פירות.
מהאמור מובן ג"כ שכל ידיעה והשתדלות בהאמור כדאיות הן, ואשרי חלקו של כאו"א הלוקח חלק בראש בעבודה האמורה, ואחכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור ואשר המחנה הולך וגדול הן בכמות והן באיכות עד כי גדל מאד.
בברכת הצלחה בכל השייך למחנה גן ישראל מתוך הרחבת הדעת ובשמחה ובטוב לבב ולבשו"ט.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from 3 Sivan with its enclosure, in which you write about the development of the matter of Camp Gan Yisrael. Certainly, you will continue your efforts in this with the necessary enthusiasm appropriate to the greatness of this matter. Our Sages have said: "Yagata u'Matzata" (If you toil, you will find), especially regarding such a matter where the main point is to bring Jewish children—about each one it is said: "Banim Atem LaHashem Elokeichem" (You are children to Hashem your G‑d)—into an environment of life in the spirit of our Torah, a Torah of life, for several weeks. Surely its influence will be felt in the months and years that follow, for matters of goodness and holiness produce fruits and fruits of fruits.
From what was said it is also understood that every piece of information and effort regarding this is worthwhile, and fortunate is the portion of each one who takes a leading role in this work. I await good news about all that was mentioned and that the camp continues to grow both quantitatively and qualitatively until it becomes very great.
With blessings for success in all matters related to Camp Gan Yisrael, with expanded awareness, joy, and gladness of heart—and for good news.
