א) בהנוגע לשלוח מכתבי אפיל (מגבית) לאנ"ש בכל קצוי תבל, מובן שעליהם להתדבר באותן המדינות שישנם מוסדות אנ"ש וביחוד בארצוה"ב - באופן שלא יבלבלו אחד לרעהו.
ב) אודות עבודת תלמידי בי"ס לחקלאות בשנת השמיטה - ענין מסגרי' נכון, משא"כ מכניקה עדינה, בטח קשור זה בלימודי חשבון וכו' מיוחדים הדורשים זמן רב.
ואפשר לא למכניקה זו כוונתם, ואז יבררו בהזדמנות הבאה. בכל אופן - עכ"פ חלק מהנ"ל יש לספחם לבי"ס לנגרות.
מקום המסגרי' וכו' - עליהם להתיעץ על אתר.
כבקשתם נשלח המכתב מהיר דחוף, ומחכים לבשו"ט, וגם בפרטיות בהנוגע לפרשת היום דפסח שני.

In response to your letters from the 8th and 9th of Iyar—which were sent quickly—along with their enclosures.
a) Regarding sending appeal (fundraising) letters to Anash in all corners of the world: it is understood that you should coordinate with those countries where there are Anash institutions, especially in the United States, so as not to interfere with one another.
b) Concerning the work of students in the agricultural school during the Shemitah year: metalworking is appropriate; however, precision mechanics is likely connected to special math studies that require much time. Perhaps this is not what you meant by "mechanics," and if so, clarify at another opportunity. In any case—at least part of the above should be incorporated into the carpentry school. For matters regarding metalworking etc., you should consult locally.
As you requested, this letter is being sent urgently and we await good news—including specifically regarding today's portion about Pesach Sheni.
