מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מד' אייר עם הבשו"ט אשר יכול הוא לעסוק בעבודתו בקדש להחדיר קהלתו ברוח התורה והמסורה חדורים אור חסידותי מתוך מנוחת הנפש.
ויהי רצון שימלא תפקידו זה ככל הדרוש מאתו, שהרי ידוע מרז"ל שאין הקב"ה בא בטרוניא עם בריותיו ולפום גמלא שיחנא ואין הדבר תלוי אלא ברצונו, ובפרט שראה נסים גלוים בענינו האמור, ואם רמז מלמעלה צ"ל די עאכו"כ ההוראה באצבע, וכשיעשה ככל התלוי בו בהנוגע לפרנסתו ברוחניות שבידו ובו תלוי, כי הכל בידי שמים חוץ מיר"ש, יתמלא ככל הדרוש לפרנסתו בגשמיות התלוי בהשי"ת הזן ומפרנס לכל.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 4th of Iyar with the good news that you are able to engage in your sacred work—to instill your community with the spirit of Torah and tradition, permeated with the light of Chassidus, all with peace of mind.
May it be G‑d's will that you fulfill this role as required of you. For it is known from our Sages that the Holy One, blessed be He, does not make unreasonable demands of His creations; "lefum gamla shichna" (according to the camel is its load), and everything depends only on one's will. Especially since you have seen open miracles in this matter—if a hint from Above should suffice, how much more so a clear directive. When you do all that depends on you regarding your spiritual livelihood—which is in your hands and depends on you, for everything is in Heaven's hands except fear of Heaven—your material livelihood, which depends on Hashem Who nourishes and sustains all, will also be fulfilled as needed.
With blessings for good news in all the above.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that when we dedicate ourselves to both spiritual and material responsibilities with sincere effort and trust in Hashem, we merit success and blessing in both realms. Our willingness and action are key; G‑d only asks what we can truly accomplish.
