מאשרים מכתבה מכ"ז חשון שנתקבל זה עתה, ולפלא שעד עתה לא כתבה מעבודתה בשטח החינוך ובפרט שכנראה רואה היא פירות בעמלה.
ובמ"ש שבהגיע המחונכים שלה לגיל ידוע עוברים לגן ילדים אחר שהוא חפשי, מהנכון הי' שתעורר ע"ז שימת לב בעלי המוסד בו מכהנת, שע"י הנ"ל אבודים לא רק הילדים אלא גם במדה חשובה ההשפעה על ההורים, וזה מזיק גם מנקודת מבט מפלגתי נוסף על העיקר - ענין הדתי, ובודאי בקל יש לסדר, שהמוסד שלה יוכל להתאים גם לילדים בני חמש ובכלל עד הגיל בו נכנסים לבי"ס רגיל, ושנה בגיל רך כזה הרי הישג חשוב הוא גם בנוגע להילד נוסף שעי"ז משפיעים על ההורים עוד שנה אחת.
בודאי נשי חב"ד שבסביבתה תנצלנה ימי חדש כסלו בכלל וימי יו"ד וי"ט כסלו ביחוד להתפתחות עבודתן, ותקותי שגם היא מהפעילות בזה וכל המרבה ה"ז משובח ובפרט בענין הנוגע לרבים.

We acknowledge your letter from the 27th of Cheshvan, which has just been received. It is surprising that until now you have not written about your work in the field of education, especially since it appears you are seeing fruits from your efforts.
Regarding what you wrote that when your students reach a certain age they transfer to another kindergarten which is secular: it would be appropriate to bring this to the attention of the administrators of your institution. Through this, not only are the children lost, but also to a significant extent the influence on the parents is diminished. This is harmful even from a party perspective, aside from the main point—the religious aspect. Certainly, it can easily be arranged for your institution to also accommodate five-year-old children and generally up to the age when they enter regular school. A year at such a young age is an important achievement even regarding one additional child, as through this you influence the parents for another year as well.
Certainly, the Nshei Chabad in your area will utilize the days of Kislev in general and especially the days of Yud and Yud-Tes Kislev for developing their work. I hope that you too are active in this, and whoever increases their efforts is praiseworthy—especially in matters that affect many people.
