כבקשתו אזכירם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להמצטרך להם, ובורא עולם ומנהיגו ינהגם בדרך הטובה לפניהם בעניני הסתדרותם הטובה הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות.
ובודאי למותר לעוררו אשר הציווי דמעלין בקדש והודעת רז"ל כל המוסיף מוסיפין לו שייך הוא כמה פעמים ככה באנשים שיש להם השפעה בסביבתם וביחוד באנ"ש והתמימים שהם הנקראים נרות להאיר דוקא ולפום גמלא שיחנא, ומזמן כבר הי' צ"ל רישומו ניכר בחקיקה חיצונית ובחקיקה פנימיות בסביבתו אשר ב... בעניני הפצת תורת החסידות והנהגות החסידות ככל הדרוש, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון, כיון שאין הקב"ה בא בטרוניא עם בריותיו ואין מבקש אלא לפי כחן. וק"ל.

In response to your letter from the eve of Shabbat Mevarchim Adar. As you requested, I will mention you at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, for all that you need. May the Creator and Ruler of the world guide you on a good path before you in all matters of your well-being, both materially and spiritually.
Certainly it is unnecessary to remind you that the commandment to always ascend in holiness, and our Sages' teaching that "whoever adds is given more," applies even more so to people who have influence in their environment—especially among Anash and the Temimim, who are specifically called "candles to illuminate." According to the camel is its load; by now there should already be a noticeable impression both externally and internally in your surroundings regarding spreading the teachings of Chassidus and chassidic conduct as required. Nothing stands in the way of willpower, for the Holy One does not make unreasonable demands upon His creations and asks only according to their ability. This is clear.
