ויהי רצון שהימים האלו דחדש כסלו, יעמדו להם להביא את כל הנ"ל במעשה בפועל, כי המעשה הוא העיקר, וכמבואר בכ"מ בשיחות רבותינו נשיאינו הק' בענין דאין חכם כבעל נסיון ואשר מכל ענין של חסידות צ"ל בכן, וק"ל.

The report was received from the management meeting held on the 20th of MarCheshvan, which is the birthday of our master and teacher Admor Maharash zatzukalalah nbg"m zya"a. It is known from our sages that on one's birthday their mazal is stronger. The role of a shepherd of Israel is that his flock should have all their matters be good in every detail and as much as possible. However, so that it should not be 'bread of shame,' since tzaddikim resemble their Creator, free choice was given to all so that they too would participate in these matters. Sometimes it suffices to act as told in the Midrash at the beginning of Shir HaShirim: 'as long as you put your hand with us,' even though the hand was not proportionate to the weight of the stone to lift it; nevertheless, the stone was raised to Jerusalem—see there and Kohelet Rabbah at its beginning.
May it be G‑d's will that these days of Kislev help bring all the above into actual deed, for action is most important—as explained in many places in the talks of our holy Rebbeim regarding "there is no one as wise as one with experience," and that from every matter of Chassidus this must be so—and this suffices.
