בקשר עם ימי הגאולה די"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל, גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ נשיא ישראל, גאולתינו ופדות נפשינו, הנני מציע אשר נוסף על ההתועדות בימים אלו, שבודאי יערכו בממדים הכי גדולים.
יעשו אסיפה מיוחדת, אשר מטרתה היחידה תהי' אודות הישיבה הנקראת על שמו היא אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש באוסטראליא, ולערוך תכנית להחזקתה התפתחותה והרחבתה, וביחוד אשר כל אחד ואחת מאנ"ש והתמימים הנמצאים במקום יעלו על הגליון - אף שכותבים בלי נדר - את התנדבותו לתכלית האמורה לעיל, הן בנשמתו תורתו, הן בגופו והן בממונו, וישלחו לכאן גליון הרשימה ונדבת לבם וידם, ותקרא בעת רצון על הציון של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, וכבר מלתי אמורה כמה פעמים שאין זה ענין רוחני בלבד אלא גם גשמי, נוסף על שבכלל הגשמיות והרוחניות יחד יהלכו ובפרט בגוי אחד בארץ.

Anash and the Temimim in Melbourne—may Hashem be upon them for life—Shalom u'Vrachah!
In connection with the upcoming days of redemption, the 12th and 13th of Tamuz—the redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, leader of Israel—our redemption and the liberation of our souls—I suggest that in addition to the Farbrengens on these days, which will surely be held on the grandest scale, a special gathering should be arranged with the sole purpose concerning the yeshivah named after him: Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch in Australia. A plan should be made for its support, development, and expansion. Especially that every member of Anash and Temimim present there should write down—though stating it is not a vow—their contribution to this purpose above: whether with their soul and Torah study, their physical efforts, or their financial means. The list of names and their heartfelt contributions should be sent here; it will be read at an auspicious time at the resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe. I have already stated many times that this is not only a spiritual matter but also a material one—in addition to the general principle that materiality and spirituality go together, especially among one nation in the land.

The Rebbe teaches that communal support for Torah institutions must combine spiritual dedication with practical action—each person contributing according to their ability—to ensure both material growth and spiritual vitality.
