במענה על מכתבו מט' סיון, מבשר טוב, אשר זכאים הוא וחבריו שיחיו, וכבר כתבתי אשר זכאים הם וזכאים יהיו, להצליח במילוי תפקיד האדם האמיתי, היא הוראה בדבר משנה, אני נבראתי לשמש את קוני, ע"י לימוד תורה קיום המצות בהידור, ומהם ענין היסודי דהפצת מעינות החסידות הדרכותי' ומנהגי' עד שיגיעו גם חוצה, ויהי' זה בו וחבריו מתוך בריאות הנכונה.
וכבר ידוע הרמז בתרגום הכתוב ובני ישראל יוצאים ביד רמה, אשר בעיקר צ"ל זה בעניני פנימיות התורה זוהי תורת החסידות, דיוצאים "בריש גלי" ברי"ש ר"ת רשב"י, וכמו שנרמז ג"כ בהתחלת ספרי הזהר ברי"ש הורמנתא, עיין שם בהגהת דרך אמת וניצוצי אורות...

In response to your letter from the 9th of Sivan, you bring good news that you and your colleagues were acquitted. I have already written that you are and will be acquitted, to succeed in fulfilling the true purpose of a person—which is a teaching from Mishnah: 'I was created to serve my Creator,' through Torah study and meticulous mitzvah observance. Among these is the fundamental matter of spreading the wellsprings of Chassidus—its guidance and customs—until they reach even those outside. May this be for you and your colleagues in good health.
It is already known the hint in the Targum on the verse 'And the children of Israel went out with an upraised hand,' which primarily refers to matters of the inner dimension of Torah—this is Chassidus—that they go out 'b'reish gali' (openly), where 'reish' stands for Rashbi (Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai), as also hinted at in the beginning of Sefer HaZohar with 'reish hurmanta.' Summary
The Rebbe writes that true success lies not only in legal vindication but in dedicating oneself to serving G‑d through Torah, mitzvos, and especially by spreading Chassidus outward. This mission is rooted in deep Torah sources and brings blessing for health and accomplishment.
