במענה על מכתבו מט' אדר אחכה להמשך ידיעותיו אודות הענינים שמזכיר אודותם, והעיקר בהנוגע להבפו"מ[2].
בהנוגע להרשת - מובן שמוכרחת הכנה בעוד מועד - מתוך התיעצות וישוב הדעת כדבעי - בהנוגע להרחבתה לזמן לימודים הבע"ל. ובטח הגיע גם הזמן להרישום.
נהניתי לקרות במכתבו שניכרת הזזה בהפצת הספרים. ויה"ר שתהי' הזזה ממשית. ועכ"פ מעין ובמקצת מן האפשרי ומוכרח לפי דרישת השעה, וההצלחה הניתנת מלמעלה, והשי"ת יזכהו להיות הוא הצנור ושליח בזה.

In response to your letter from the 9th of Adar, I await further updates from you regarding the matters you mentioned, especially concerning bringing things into actual practice.
Regarding the network—it is understood that preparation in advance is necessary—through consultation and proper thoughtful consideration—regarding its expansion for the upcoming study period. Certainly, it is also time for registration.
I was pleased to read in your letter that there is noticeable movement in spreading the books. May it be G‑d's will that this movement be tangible—at least somewhat and partially as much as possible and necessary according to the demands of the time—and with the success granted from Above. May Hashem grant you merit to be the channel and emissary in this.
