במענה על מכתבו מימי הפורים. ולפלא שאינו מזכיר ע"ד החלטות הטובות ופעולות הטובות דימים אלו, שמהם ממשיכים שמחה על כל החדש ואח"כ על כל השנה.
ומ"ש אודות תוכן מכתבי אליו[1] בהנהגה בעת התועדות, הרי כתבתי בהנ"ל שהנני כותב לעוד מאנ"ש על דבר זה, ובמילא אינו מובן ממה נתרגש כ"כ. וממ"נ, אם גם אצלו יש מעין הכתוב בהמכתב - הרי בודאי אין להתרגש, ואם אין בהנהגתו לא מיני' ולא מקצתי' - הרי צ"ל שמח שממנים אותו משגיח על אנ"ש להנהגה מתאימה בעת התועדות. והשי"ת יצליחו בהרחבת הדעת והרחבת פרנסה ולבשו"ט אודות כל מה שכותב במכתבו.

In response to your letter from Purim: It is surprising that you do not mention anything about good resolutions and positive actions from these days, which draw joy for the entire month and subsequently for the whole year.
Regarding what you wrote about the content of my letter to you concerning conduct during a farbrengen, I already wrote in that letter that I am writing to others among Anash about this matter as well. Therefore, it is not understood why you became so excited about it.
Either way: if your own conduct contains something similar to what was written in the letter—then certainly there is no reason to be excited; and if your conduct does not contain even a trace of it—then you should be happy that you are being appointed as an overseer of Anash to ensure proper conduct during a farbrengen.
May Hashem grant you success with expanded understanding and increased livelihood, and may you have only good news regarding everything you write in your letter.
