בנועם קבלתי מכתבם מיום ב' דר"ח חשון, שהגיע אלי באיחור זמן, ובו מודיעים ע"ד החלטת האסיפה שנתקיימה במעלבורן בהנוגע להעתקת הישיבה משפרטון למעלבורן. בינתים קבלתי ג"כ הידיעה, אשר ביום יו"ד כסלו הבע"ל יחנכו הבית בשעה טובה ומוצלחת.
ולחגיגת חנוכת הבית של הישיבה ביום הגאולה של אדמו"ר האמצעי, הנני שולח ברכתי אשר זכות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אשר בשמו דוגלת הישיבה, ימשיך וישפיע ברכה והצלחה בעבודתה להקים דור ישרים. דור נאמן לתורה ומצות וחדור ברוח החסידות המאור שבתורה, ואשר ימלאו הכוונה ותכלית של מחולל הישיבה להיות נרות להאיר את כל סביבתם. והשי"ת יברך את כל המייסדים המסייעים והתומכים של הישיבה, שהשתתפו בעבר ושישתתפו לעתיד, שהשתתפותם תביא להם ולכל אשר להם ברכה והצלחה להאיר בתיהם בטוב גשמי ורוחני.
בכדי להסיר שגיאות ובעיקר בכדי שיהי' מובן למשתתפים בחגיגה, צויתי להבריק תוכן ברכתי באנגלית. וסימנא מילתא חנוכת הבית ביום יו"ד כסלו יום צאת אדהאמ"צ חפשי ממאסרו, הנה בטח יאהילו עליהם הנשיאים לדורותיהם בזכותם אשר כל המשתתפים והמסייעים במפעל הנשגב הזה יתברכו בכל טוב גשמי ורוחני.
ומענינא דיומא, שמעתי מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אשר שני אברכים בליאדי - בזמן אדה"ז - היו מהלכים ומדברים בדא"ח, בחזרתם שאלם אדהאמ"צ - שהוא הי' המצביא של האברכים היושבים ור' אהרן מסטראשעלי של החסידים הישנים - במה דברתם? וענוהו: במה שאמר הבעש"ט, דגם עלה נובלת המתגלגלת ע"פ חוץ הוא בהשגחה פרטית, בדין ובמשפט על הזמן והמקום שעלי' להתגלגל. כעבור איזה ימים, סיפר להם אדהאמ"צ אשר ספר כהנ"ל לפני אדה"ז וענהו: דלא מבעי שההשגח"פ היא על העלה המתגלגלת כי אם גם על אופני סיבת גלגולה, אם על ידי אדם או ע"י נשיבת רוח וכדומה.
ותהי זאת נחמתם, באשר מביטים הם על עצמם שנדחו למדינה רחוקה וכו' וכו' אשר ע"פ המבואר לעיל הרי זה השגחה פרטית בכל האופנים והפרטים שבזה ובהיות שבאה מהקב"ה שהוא עצם הטוב וטבע הטוב להיטיב כמבואר בדא"ח מספרי הקבלה בענין הבריאה, הרי בטח ובלי ספק אשר סו"ס יראו שזהו ג"כ לטובת כל המשתתפים והנוגעים בזה, בטוב הנראה והנגלה בגשמיות וברוחניות.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
With pleasure I received your letter from Monday, Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan, which reached me after some delay. In it you inform me about the decision made at the assembly held in Melbourne regarding relocating the yeshiva from Shepparton to Melbourne.
Meanwhile, I have also received word that on the upcoming 10th of Kislev you will inaugurate the new building at an auspicious and successful time. For the celebration of the yeshiva's inauguration on the day of redemption of the Mitteler Rebbe, I am sending my blessing: May the merit of my revered father-in-law, whose name adorns the yeshiva, continue to draw down and bestow blessing and success in its work to raise an upright generation—a generation faithful to Torah and mitzvos and imbued with the spirit of Chassidus and with the light within Torah—so that they fulfill the intention and purpose of the founder of the yeshiva: to be candles that illuminate their entire surroundings.
May Hashem bless all those who established, assist, and support the yeshiva—those who participated in the past and those who will participate in the future—that their involvement will bring them and all theirs blessing and success to illuminate their homes with both material and spiritual goodness.
To avoid errors—and mainly so that it will be understood by those participating in the celebration—I have instructed that my blessing be sent in English as well.
It is a significant sign that this inauguration is taking place on Yud Kislev—the day when Admor HaEmtza'i was released from imprisonment. Surely their leaders throughout generations will shelter them with their merit so that all participants and supporters in this lofty endeavor will be blessed with all good materially and spiritually.
Regarding today's theme: I heard from my revered father-in-law that two Avrechim in Liozna—in the time of Admor HaZaken—were walking along discussing Chassidus. On their return, Admor HaEmtza'i—who was then leader of those Avrechim who sat learning (while Reb Aharon from Strashelye led among veteran chassidim)—asked them: What did you discuss? They replied: The saying of the Baal Shem Tov that even a falling leaf rolling along outside does so through Hashgacha Pratis (Divine Providence), determined precisely for its time and place.
A few days later Admor HaEmtza'i told them he had recounted this story to Admor HaZaken who responded: Not only is there Hashgacha Pratis over a rolling leaf but also over how it rolls—whether by a person or by a gust of wind or similar causes.
This should be your comfort—for you see yourselves as having been sent off to a distant land etc.—that as explained above this too is Hashgacha Pratis in every aspect and detail. And since it comes from Hashem Who is absolute goodness—and as explained in Chassidus based on Kabbalah regarding creation that "the nature of good is to do good"—therefore certainly and without doubt you will ultimately see how this too is for your benefit—all participants and those involved—in revealed good both materially and spiritually.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that every event—even relocating a yeshiva—is guided by Divine Providence for our ultimate good. Trusting in Hashgacha Pratis brings comfort and assurance that G‑d’s purpose leads to revealed blessings both physically and spiritually.
