זה מזמן שהנני מקבל ידיעות לעתים תכופות מב"כ הרה"ג והרה"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ באמונה ר"מ ור"י מוה"ר מיכאל שי' ליפסקאר, מעבודת כת"ר המסורה ונתונה להשפעה נעלית במוסדות הקדש ישיבת אהלי יוסף יצחק אשר משפיע הוא בהמוסד רוח טהרה ורוח קדושה וכן מסייע להרה"ג הרה"ח הר"ר מיכאל שי' הנ"ל בענינים הגשמיים של הישיבה, ומכבר ידוע פתגם כ"ק רבינו הזקן (בעל התניא והשו"ע) אשר גשמיות של איש הישראלי, זהו רוחניות, וכנראה ג"כ ברמב"ם הלכות דיעות רפ"ד, היות הגוף בריא מדרכי השם הוא, וגודל ערך השפעה הנ"ל אין די באר, ומובטחני אשר למר ודכותי' אך למותר הוא להאריך בזה. ולא באתי אלא - נשען על מרז"ל בספרא ר"פ צו, אין מזרזין אלא למזורזין - לזרזו, ולא נצרכה אלא להעדפה להוסיף כח ואומץ בעבודתו הקדושה הנ"ל, ולהגדיל את המוסד הקדוש ולהאדירו, ומני' ומינן יתקלס עילאה.
בהזדמנות זו הנני מסגיר בזה החוברת לי"ט כסלו, בה מסופר פרשת החג, חג החגים י"ט כסלו, השחרור והנצחון של כ"ק רבינו הזקן. אשר מסר נפשו הק' על תורת החסידות, להורות לעם בנ"י הדרך העולה בית אל באהבת השם, אהבת התורה ואהבת ישראל. וכאשר נלכה באורחותיו, הרי אדם מקדש עצמו מעט למטה מקדשים אותו הרבה מלמעלה בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
המצפה לטוב אין טוב אלא תורה מצוה ומאור שבתורה היא תורת החסידות ומברכו בהצלחה בגו"ר.

For some time now I have been receiving frequent reports from your representative, Haraha"g vaharaha"ch iy"a nu"n oseik b'tzt"z b'emunah R.M. and R.Y. Mohar Michael Lipskar, about your devoted work and the elevated influence you provide at the holy institution Yeshivas Oholei Yosef Yitzchak. You impart a spirit of purity and holiness to the institution and also assist Haraha"g Haraha"ch Harav Michael mentioned above in the material matters of the yeshiva. It is already well known the saying of our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe (author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch) that for a Jew, materiality is spirituality; this is also apparent in Rambam Hilchos Deos ch. 4: maintaining a healthy body is part of serving Hashem. The value of such influence cannot be fully expressed in words, and I am confident that for you and your associates it is unnecessary to elaborate further.
I write only—relying on our Sages in Sifra at the beginning of Parshas Tzav: "We only urge those who are already eager—to encourage them further." This is only to inspire you to add strength and courage in your holy work mentioned above, to expand and strengthen this holy institution so that from you and from us there will be increased praise Above.
On this occasion I am enclosing herewith the booklet for Yud Tes Kislev, which tells the story of this festival—Yud Tes Kislev—the "Festival of Festivals," marking the liberation and victory of our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe. He gave his holy life for Toras HaChassidus, to teach our people the path that leads upward to Beis El through love of Hashem, love of Torah, and love of Israel.
When we follow in his ways, "a person sanctifies himself a little below—they sanctify him greatly from Above," both materially and spiritually.
Awaiting good—there is no good but Torah; mitzvah; and the light within Torah is Toras HaChassidus. Blessing you with success in all things good both materially and spiritually.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that true chinuch comes through devoted leadership infused with Chassidus. By following in these paths with dedication—both spiritually and materially—we draw down abundant blessings from Above.
