בנועם נודעתי ע"י הרה"ג והרה"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ באמונה ר"מ ור"י מוה"ר מיכאל שי' ליפסקאר, ע"ד ההתעוררות שעשה בעת היותו בעירו בתוך נוער ילדי ישראל, למונעם מחילול יום הקדוש. וכן אשר ממשיך הוא בעבודתו למנעם מחילול יום השבת ח"ו.
גודל הענין בזה אין לשער. וכמו שרואין אנו במוחש אשר מגרעין אחד הנזרע בארץ גדלים כמה וכמה גרעינים, ורק שהזריעה תהי' בזמן המתאים ומקום המתאים ובאופן המתאים, הרי על אחת כמה וכמה בענינים רוחניים אשר אפילו פעולה אחת כשנעשית לשם שמים, אין לשער את הפירות ופירי פירות הבאים ממנה עד סוף כל העולם.
וידוע הפירוש אשר בכתבי החסידות, "עד סוף כל העולם" שפירות אלו עושים סוף וקץ להעולם - לשון העלם - היינו לזה שהעולם מעלים ומסתיר על עניני קדושה.
ויהי רצון אשר ימשיך בפעולותיו הנ"ל על פי הוראת הרה"ג והרה"ח הר"מ שי' ליפסקאר, ופשוט הדבר אשר אין זה צריך לבלבלו משקידתו בתורה בנגלה ובנסתר, והשי"ת יזכהו להצליח בלימוד ביראת שמים ולקרב את לבם של ישראל לאביהם שבשמים.

It was with pleasure that I learned through Haraha"g veHaraha"ch iy"a nu"n engaged in tzt"z with faith, R.M. and R.Y. Moreinu HaRav Michael Lipskar, about the awakening you brought about during your stay in your city among the youth of the children of Israel, to prevent them from desecrating the holy day. Likewise, that you continue in your work to prevent them from desecrating the day of Shabbos, G‑d forbid.
The greatness of this matter cannot be measured. Just as we see tangibly that from one seed planted in the ground many more seeds grow—provided that the planting is at the right time, place, and manner—how much more so regarding spiritual matters: even a single act done for the sake of Heaven produces fruits and fruits of fruits beyond measure throughout the entire world.
It is known from chassidic writings that "ad sof kol ha'olam" (until the end of all the world) means these fruits bring an end and limit to "olam"—from the word "he'elem," concealment—that is, to that which hides and obscures matters of holiness.
May it be G‑d's will that you continue these activities as directed by Haraha"g veHaraha"ch R.M. Lipskar; and it is obvious this should not distract you from diligence in Torah study—both revealed and hidden aspects—and may Hashem grant you success in learning with awe of Heaven and drawing Jewish hearts closer to their Father in Heaven.

Every effort to protect Shabbos sanctity among youth has immeasurable spiritual impact; even one sincere act can yield endless positive results. The Rebbe encourages balancing outreach with personal Torah study and inspiring others toward G‑dliness.
