I have received regards from you and also your letter regarding your question about whether you should adopt and raise a child. If it is possible to take such a child who was born in purity and holiness, this is also considered a segulah (spiritual merit) for having your own children, when you raise the child in the path of Torah and mitzvos. May Hashem help you and your husband, may he live, and fulfill your desire for good with a healthy child. With wishes for a joyous Yom Tov of Shavuos.
