בנועם נודעתי ע"י הרה"ג הרה"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ בעל מרץ וכו' מוה"ר חיים מנחם בן ציון שי' בלומענקראנץ, מעסקנותם הטובה בכלל ובפרט בעסק מצוה גדולה היא בנין מקוה במחנם הט' באגאטא אשר נכנסים הם בועד לענין בנין המקוה.
ובטח למותר להאריך בגודל ערך ענין זה, אשר נוסף שזהו אחת מהמצות העיקריות שבתורתנו הקדושה, הנה טהרת המשפחה וכל ענינים הקשורים בזה הוא אחד מעמודי התוך, שבזכותם ועל ידם יש בכח עם ישראל לסבול את כל קושי ועול הגלות ולהיות בריאים בגופם ובנשמתם, עוד זאת אשר קיום מצוה זו אינו ענין של מקיימי המצוה, הבעל והאשה בלבד, אלא שזה נוגע לבנים הנולדים ולבניהם ולבני בניהם עד סוף כל הדורות, אשר כאשר ההורים שומרים דיני טהרת המשפחה, אזי בניהם ובנותיהם הם ילדים כשרים, ובאם ח"ו אין ההורים נזהרים בזה, הרי זה פגם בנשמת ובגוף הילדים, ילידיהם וילידי ילידיהם וכו' וכו', ועוד זאת אשר ענין זה אינו ענין פרטי של הורים וילידיהם אלו, אלא הוא ענין כללי של עם ישראל, וכמבואר בכמה מקומות בדרז"ל, אשר על ידי הטהרה השכינה שורה בישראל, ומפני כל טעמים אלו, הרי ההקדם בבנין המקוה ביפי' והתעמולה שישתדלו בקיום מצוה זו מוכרח ביותר, וכל טרחה כדאית בשביל להביא הענין לידי גמר טוב ולהקדימו עד כמה שאפשר, ומדתו של הקב"ה הרי היא מדה כנגד מדה אבל בתוספת, ובתוספת מרובה על העיקר,
ויהי רצון מהשי"ת אשר כל המתעסקים והמשתתפים במצוה רבה זו, ישפיע להם השי"ת את המצטרך לכל אחד ואחד לפני ענינו ובפרט בריבוי נחת וענג מילידיהם שיחיו בכל הפרטים.
בתור השתתפותי גם אני במצוה רבה זו, הנני מסגיר פה המחאה - טשעק - ע"ס ח"י שקל. ויהי רצון אשר יעלה בידם לאסוף כמה וכמה פעמים ככה ולגמור את המקוה בהקדם היותר אפשרי ולהרבות הקדושה והטהרה בכל מקום ומקום בעזר השי"ת עליהם.

It was with pleasure that I learned through Haraha"g Haraha"ch iy"a nu"n one who is involved in tzt"z with energy etc., Moreinu HaRav Chaim Menachem Ben Tzion Blumenkrantz, about your good activities in general and especially regarding the great mitzvah of building a mikveh in your camp at Bagata, for which you have joined the committee for its construction.
Certainly it is unnecessary to elaborate on the immense value of this matter; besides being one of the principal mitzvos in our holy Torah, family purity and all matters connected to it are among the central pillars by whose merit and through whom the Jewish people are able to endure all hardships and burdens of exile and remain healthy in body and soul.
Furthermore, fulfilling this mitzvah is not only relevant to those performing it—the husband and wife—but also affects their children, grandchildren, and descendants until the end of all generations. When parents observe the laws of family purity, their sons and daughters are proper children; but if G‑d forbid parents are not careful in this matter, it causes a blemish in both the souls and bodies of their children and descendants for generations.
Moreover, this is not just a private matter for these parents and children but a general concern for all Israel. As explained in many places by our Sages, through purity the Shechinah dwells among Israel. For all these reasons, it is absolutely essential to expedite building the mikveh beautifully and to promote observance of this mitzvah as much as possible; every effort is worthwhile to bring this project to successful completion as soon as possible.
The measure of the Holy One Blessed be He is measure for measure but with increase—an abundance far beyond what was given. May it be His will that everyone involved and participating in this great mitzvah will receive from Him whatever each one needs according to his situation—especially abundant nachas (pleasure) and delight from their children in every detail.
As my own participation in this great mitzvah, I am enclosing herewith a check for eighteen shekels. May it be His will that you succeed many times over in collecting such amounts repeatedly so that you can complete the mikveh as soon as possible—and thereby increase holiness and purity everywhere with G‑d's help upon you.
With blessings for success and goodness materially and spiritually.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that building a mikveh is vital for both individual families and all Israel. Observing family purity brings blessing across generations; communal efforts toward holiness have far-reaching impact. Every contribution counts toward hastening this essential mitzvah.
