במענה על מכתביהם מי"ג וכ"ח שבט, בם מודיעים אשר כבר קנו הצריף והעמידו אותו, ומבקשים חוו"ד באיזה שם לקרוא למוסד חינוך זה.
לדעתי הנה זה נוגע במקצת בתכנית הלימודים, כי אם יתקבלו שם תלמידים גם מחוגים שאינם קרובים כ"כ לחב"ד, ובמילא אי אפשר יהי' להקפיד שתהי' התכנית בהתאם לישיבת תומכי תמימים, אז כדאי שתכנס ברשת אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש, ואם ביכולתם לסדר התכנית שתהי' כמו שהוא בישיבת תו"ת, אזי יש להקרא בשם אחי תמימים או תומכי תמימים, וזהו תלוי אם יהי' שם גם כתות הגבוהות יותר, ולכאורה סברא הראשונה שתכנס ברשת אהל"יי מתאמת יותר כיון שאז יש לקבל בתור תלמידים גם אלו שמתחלה לא יסכימו על תכנית לימוד חב"ד במילואו, ובאופן כזה ימשיכו אותם לרוח ליובאוויטש לאט לאט, בכל אופן יש לסדר את הלימוד באופן כזה אשר בגמרם הלימודים בהמוסד שבראשון לציון יוכלו להכנס לאיזה מישיבותינו אשר באה"ק ת"ו, אם בלוד או בירושלים ת"ו.
ויה"ר מהשי"ת שתשרה שכינה במעשה ידיהם ותהי' עבודתם בהצלחה להעמיד תלמידים יראי שמים חסידים ולומדים.

In response to your letters from the 13th and 28th of Shevat, in which you inform me that you have already purchased and set up the hut, and request my opinion on what name to give this educational institution.
In my opinion, this is somewhat connected to the curriculum plan. If students will be accepted from circles not so close to Chabad, and therefore it will not be possible to insist that the program fully matches that of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim, then it is advisable to join the Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch network. If you are able to arrange the curriculum as it is in Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim, then it should be called Achei Temimim or Tomchei Temimim. This depends on whether there will also be higher classes there.
Seemingly, the first approach—to join the Oholei Yosef Yitzchak network—is more fitting since then you can accept as students even those who initially do not agree with a full Chabad study program. In this way, you can gradually draw them into the spirit of Lubavitch.
In any case, arrange the studies so that upon completing their studies at the institution in Rishon LeZion they will be able to enter any of our yeshivas in Eretz HaKodesh—whether in Lod or Jerusalem.
May it be G‑d's will that His presence rest upon your handiwork and your efforts succeed in raising students who are G‑d-fearing chassidim and scholars.
