במענה על הודעתו אשר זוגתו תחי' ילדה בן למזל טוב, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי ברכת מזל טוב ויגדלוהו לתורה לחופה ולמעשים טובים מתוך מנוחת הנפש ומנוחת הגוף.
ועל שאלתו בענין קריאת שם בנם הנולד שי', הנה כמה פעמים שמעו מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שאין מתערב בזה וכפי שיסכימו ההורים ליתן לו השם זאל זיין לאורך ימים, ושלחתי לו היום מברק וז"ל "מזל טוב יבחרו השם הוא וזוגתו ויברך השי"ת לאורך ימים ושנים טובות".
בברכת מז"ט ביום גאולתנו ופדות נפשנו.

In response to your message that your wife gave birth to a son—mazal tov—I hereby send my blessing: Mazal tov! May you raise him to Torah, to marriage, and to good deeds with peace of mind and body.
Regarding your question about naming your newborn son: it has been heard many times from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, that he does not intervene in this matter. The parents should agree on the name to give him; may it be for long life. Today I sent you a telegram with these words: "Mazal tov! You and your wife should choose the name. May Hashem bless him with long days and good years."
With mazal tov blessings on the day of our redemption and the redemption of our soul.
