צו דער חגיגה פון דעם צען-יאריקן יובל פון דער גרינדונג און עקזיסטענץ פון אירגון בתי הספר לנערות "בית רבקה", אונטער דער אויפזיכט פון "מרכז לעניני חינוך" און פון די מוסדות הק' געגרינדעט דורך כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע,
קום איך דערמיט אויסדריקן מיין באגריסונג און ברכה צו אלע עסקנים, פריינט און שטיצער וועלכע האבן מיטגעהאלפן אין דער אנטוויקלונג און אויפבליאונג פון די דאזיקע מוסדות הק', ובראשם הרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"מ עוסק בצרכי ציבור באמונה בעל מרץ ורב פעלים וכו' מהור"י שי' דזשייקאבסאן. א דאנק זייער אונערמידלעכער און איבערגעגעבענער ארבעט, האבן זיך די דאזיקע מוסדות קונה שם געווען מיט הונדערטע תלמידות, וועלכע זיינען דערצויגן געווארן אין דעם גייסט פון תורה מיט יראת שמים און מידות טובות, א נחת פאר עלטערן און א שטאלץ פאר אלעמען.
ביום ג' לחדש כסלו הבע"ל, קומט פאר, בעזהשי"ת, די חגיגה פון צען-יאריקן יובל פון "בית רבקה". וויל איך זיך דערמיט ווענדן מיט א קריאה של חיבה והתעוררות צו אלעמען וועלכע האלטן טייער די יסודות פון תורה-אידישקייט, ואנ"ש בפרט:
עס איז א חוב קדוש צו שטיצן די מוסדות החינוך "בית רבקה", און יעדער איינער, מאן און פרוי, דארף עס האלטן פאר א גרויסן זכות צו נעמען א פערזענליכן אנטייל אין דער חגיגה, און צו העלפן מיט אלע מעגליכקייטן, בעושה ומעשה, דעם קיום פון די שוין עקזיסטירנדע "בית רבקה" שולעס, און דער דערעפנונג פון נייע.
אין דער איצטיקער צייט, ווען די דאזיקע מוסדות ראנגלען זיך פאר זייער קיום צוליב עקאנאמישע שוועריקייטן, איז יעדע הילף ניט נאר א שטיצע, נאר אויך א רעטונג, - די רעטונג פון א העכסט וויכטיקע פעסטונג פון חינוך הבנות על טהרת הקדש.
דער אויבערשטער בלייבט ניט קיין בעל-חוב, און אלע וועלכע טוען און העלפן אויפן געביט פון חינוך הכשר, ובפרט די אנטיילנעמער און מיטהעלפער פון "בית רבקה" וועלן זיכער געבענטשט ווערן פון השי"ת בהמצטרך להם בגשמיות וברוחניות.

On the occasion of the celebration of the ten-year jubilee since the founding and existence of the organization of schools for girls "Beis Rivkah," under the supervision of Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch and from the holy institutions founded by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden, I hereby express my greetings and blessings to all activists, friends, and supporters who have helped in the development and flourishing of these holy institutions. At their head is Haraha"ch vavaha"ch iy"a nu"m one who is involved in communal needs with faith, energetic and accomplished — etc. Moreinu HaRav Yisroel Jacobson. Thanks to their tireless and devoted work, these institutions have earned a name with hundreds of students who have been raised in the spirit of Torah with fear of Heaven and good character traits — a source of nachas for parents and pride for all.
On Tuesday, Rosh Chodesh Kislev approaching soon with G‑d's help, there will be a celebration marking the ten-year jubilee of Beis Rivkah. I therefore wish to address a call filled with affection and inspiration to all those who hold dear the foundations of Torah-Jewishness — especially Anash: It is a sacred obligation to support the educational institutions "Beis Rivkah," and everyone — man or woman — should consider it a great merit to take personal part in this celebration and to help in every possible way, through action and deed, to ensure the continued existence of the already established Beis Rivkah schools as well as opening new ones.
At this time when these institutions are struggling for their survival due to financial difficulties, every bit of help is not only support but also salvation — salvation for an extremely important stronghold of girls' education on pure holiness.
The Alm-ghty does not remain indebted; all those who act and help in the area of proper education — especially participants and helpers of Beis Rivkah — will surely be blessed by Hashem with all they need materially and spiritually.
With abundant blessings for success in your holy work and much good both materially and spiritually.
