I received your telegram, and I thank you for the good wishes you expressed in it.

I am especially touched by your expression of hope that what my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may the memory of the righteous be a blessing for life in the World to Come), established will continue to be successful.

It is self-evident that for this work to continue successfully, we need the cooperation of those who have influence over broad circles of Jews—especially from Anash who had the merit to be close to this work and whom my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, showed how to fulfill their soul's duties and mission.

I therefore hope that you will continue your fullest cooperation through concrete actions so that each one of us—and all together—can continue the work of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, in strengthening Judaism and spreading Torah in general and Chassidus in particular.
