א) מוסג"פ העתקת מכתבי להכפר, ולדעתי גם אם באי כח הכפר לא יבקרו אצל המנהלים הנזכרים במכתבי, כי יש כאן שמועה שמדברים כבר בעדם בענין השמיטה ממפלגה אחרת, הרי בכל זה כדאי שבאי כח מוסדות אנ"ש יבקרו אצל הנ"ל, וירציאו לפניהם על דבר פעולות אנ"ש באה"ק ת"ו וכו', ואפילו אם לא יהי' בזה ענין של תביעה ג"כ כדאי הדבר מפני כמה וכמה טעמים.
ב) מבקרת עתה בארה"ק ת"ו מרת לוי, אחת החברות בהנהלת הדז'וינט בצרפת, אשר עד עתה פעלו על ידה כמה ענינים לטובת אנ"ש, וגם להבא יש בידה היכולת לפעול בזה. אחת ממטרות ביאתה לאה"ק ת"ו שרוצה היא לסדר שם התישבות אבי' שי' (כנראה מסיפורים - א פרומער איד). ומהנכון שיעזרו לה בכל הנ"ל, ושלח לחמך על פני המים וכו'. הכתובת שלה איני יודע, אבל בטח היא תפנה לאגו"ח או לאחד מחברי ההנהלה - שנתנו לה כתבתם בפריז.

a) Enclosed is a copy of my letter to the village. In my opinion, even if the village's representatives do not visit the managers mentioned in my letter—since there is a rumor that another party is already advocating for them regarding the Shemitah matter—it is still worthwhile for representatives of Anash institutions to visit these individuals and present before them the activities of Anash in Eretz HaKodesh (the Holy Land), etc. Even if this does not result in any specific request, it is still worthwhile for many reasons.
b) Currently visiting Eretz HaKodesh is Mrs. Levi, one of the leaders of the Joint Distribution Committee in France. Until now, she has accomplished much on behalf of Anash through her efforts and she will be able to continue doing so in the future. One of her goals in coming to Eretz HaKodesh is to arrange settlement there for her father (apparently from stories—a pious Jew). It is appropriate that she be assisted with all of the above; "Cast your bread upon the waters," etc. I do not know her address, but surely she will contact Aguch or one of the members of the administration who gave her their address in Paris.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that proactive outreach and support for those who help our community are essential strategies for success. Even when others are involved or no immediate benefit seems apparent, such efforts yield lasting positive results.
