קבלתי הודעתו אשר, ת"ל, סוף סוף קבלו רשיון הכניסה למארוקו, ובודאי יתדברו עתה ע"ד פרטי נסיעתם עם הרה"ג והרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"מ וכו' מוה"ר בנימין שי' גאראדעצקי, ויהי רצון שיהי' הכל בעתו ובזמנו היותר מתאים למילואי תפקידינו במארוקו, להעלות שם נר תמיד, נר מצוה שיאיר באור תורת החסידות על צד היותר טוב.
והדרך לזה הוא להעריך אותו מערב (אף שיש העלמות והסתרים מניעות ועכובים, ברישא חשוכא, ובמילא יהי') ועד בקר (והדר נהורא, עיין תו"א סד"ה ואתה תצוה).

I received your message that, thank G‑d, finally you have received the entry permit to Morocco. Surely you will now discuss the details of your journey with Haraha"g and Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a num"m etc. Binyamin Garadetsky, and may it be G‑d's will that everything should happen at its proper time and in the most fitting way for fulfilling our mission in Morocco—to establish there an everlasting light, a mitzvah candle that will shine with the light of Chassidus in the best possible manner.
The way to achieve this is to value it from evening (even though there are concealments and obstacles—at first darkness, and therefore it will be) until morning (and then comes light; see Torah Or, beginning of Ve'atah Tetzaveh).
