It was received with pleasure—the news about the founding of the Kollel in the holy city of Tzfat and the beginning of studies there. May it be G‑d's will that it be at a good and successful time in general, and especially—to restore the crown to its former glory: Chabad settlement in Tzfat in all its details, the synagogue and study hall, etc., and especially great is Torah study that leads to action—deeds in daily life based on the teachings of our Torah, a Torah of life: "All your deeds should be for the sake of Heaven," and from level to level—"In all your ways know Him."
Great is their merit and the merit of all those who assist them—and how much more so those who will join them in this holy work—for praise, for renown, and for glory with all interpretations, based on the explanation of our master the Alter Rebbe (Chabad), as introduced by the verse before this: "And He will make you supreme over all..."—that there should be no hindrance from within or without, and that His wisdom and understanding shine within you. And this is "for praise, for renown, and for glory," etc. (see Likkutei Torah for this week, Parshas Tavo: "And you shall come into the land...and inherit it and dwell therein," at the end; concluding with "This day Hashem your G‑d commands you... Hashem has declared you today...and Hashem has declared you today...").
