It was with pleasure that I received your letter and the information from you via our friend, the energetic and active community worker Mr. Avraham Yitzchak Glik.
Enclosed is a copy of my response regarding the community, which also includes some of my thoughts about regulations in general and about education in particular.
Since our Sages of blessed memory have crowned a Jewish leader with the title "Mara D'atra," may it be G‑d's will that you utilize this authority to its fullest extent in the aforementioned direction, and may the merit of the many assist you.
I strongly hope that you will continue to increase all activities for strengthening true Judaism in your camp of Hashem, always progressing further; besides the main point—that one must always ascend in holiness—this is also the way to broaden the channels for receiving blessings from Hashem Yisbarach V'yisaleh in all that you need for yourself, your family, and all members of your congregation—both materially and spiritually together.
