In response to your letter: Any matter of expansion is worthwhile and also necessary (regarding the place of study, residence, etc.). Which house or similar is more suitable—this should be decided in consultation with experts in this field (and it is advisable that they see the house themselves so their opinion will be more well-founded).
Likewise regarding the overall structure of the institution in both quantity and quality—one should ensure it is recognized by official institutions (regarding credits programs and similar). Certainly, as you have already written—the path has been paved by Derech HaTorah, and one can learn from their experience (and perhaps also from their connections).
If the connection with Rabbi Y. HaChet during the summer (in camps) was successful—perhaps it is worthwhile to increase this connection—especially regarding income division and official matters—(certainly there are matters (expenses) that are like "a candle for one is a candle for a hundred"). Efforts should be made as Derech HaTorah did, including advertising and so on.
Consider (in connection with the upcoming Tishrei), even a plan and campaign regarding spiritual or material matters or both; seek an expert to handle this (to implement the plan and perhaps also to draft it)—who can find the greatest possibilities in both areas together. To such an extent—it may be worthwhile to borrow money for organizing these matters, as it will certainly pay off. And it is easy.
