Shalom u'Vrachah!

Since: 1) Several members of the family are strongly opposed to shock treatment at this time—due to shock; 2) The new pills have been most successful—as you write; 3) The matter has already been drawn out for quite some time—there is no reason to rush specifically with shock treatment. Try instead the aforementioned pills.

Certainly, when you explain to the esteemed advising doctor that it is difficult for her to withstand the pressure from the family who want the pills, etc.—he will not be upset about this and will remain friendly.

Check the tefillin and mezuzos. I will mention it at the Tziyun.

Summary

The Rebbe advises patience and continued use of effective medication in light of family opposition to shock therapy, emphasizing communication with medical advisors and spiritual care through checking tefillin and mezuzos.
